MasterChef India Season 7: The Masterchef show pertaining to cooking and its relative craft is one of the most loved shows across the world. MasterChef India Season 7
The MasterChef India franchise entered its seventh season in 2023. The very first episode titled, “India Ka Swad” aired on 2 January 2023. Many contestants participated and the final selection of the Top 16 candidates was declared on 6 January 2023 with people like Urmaila Baa, Avinash Patnaik, Santa Sharma, and more making the list. In the episode, “Hindustan Ke Haatho Ka Jaadu”, the 36 shortlisted contestants had to present their dishes to the three MasterChef Judges in order to get selected further in the Top 16 levels.
The three judges have finally taken a decision and announced a complete list of all the contestants who made it to the Top 16. All these participants will be competing in the show in order to win the title of MasterChef Season 7.

Contestants of MasterChef 2023
A total of 36 contestants were finalized by the judges in order to have them compete further for the Top 16 positions. These 16 contenders will finally find each other at further levels to go through systematic and gradual tasks and eliminations. A stagewise competition will be conducted and we will see participants being eliminated in various food-related challenges and tasks. One out of all the top 16 prospects who will be able to qualify in each level will be finally crowned with the title of MasterChef India Season 7.

MasterChef Judges and Host
There has been a history of impeccable judges coming up in the show and providing the best insights to the participants. Additionally, as per the format of the show, it is the judges who host the show. Initially in the first season, the former chef and a prominent Indian actor, Akshay Kumar was seen hosting and judging along with famous Indian Chefs, Kunal Kapur and Ajay Chopra. Furthermore, legendary chefs such as Sanjeev Kapoor, Vikas Khanna, Vineet Bhatia, Ranveer Brar, and Zorawar Kalra joined the board in the subsequent seasons along with Ajay Chopra and Kunal Kapur.

As per the rule of the show, every year, there are only three judges who come up and help India find another MasterChef. This year, MasterChef India has the following judges plus hosts in its seventh season:

- Vikas Khanna: Having judged the show five times in the last six seasons, Vikas Khanna has become more of a permanent judge in MasterChef India now. The audiences love him for his genuineness and simplicity. He has always added exceptional value to the board of judges for his exemplary experience in the field. Additionally, now that the audiences in India have watched him judge on multiple occasions and in nearly all the seasons, he is also one of the most loved judges of the show. This will be his sixth season as a judge in MasterChef India.
- Ranveer Brar: One of the most popular Indian Chefs online and having judged MasterChef India twice previously, Chef Ranveer Brar shares a huge amount of following among enthusiasts of cooking. He is very fun onscreen and is deeply rooted in Indian tastes and particularities. His vision and perspective are highly valuable to the viewers who have thoroughly enjoyed watching him in the fourth and sixth seasons. The audience is quite ecstatic to watch the Ranveer-Vikas duo back on screen educating about and enjoying various nuances of cooking.
- Garima Arora: Garima has replaced Vineet Bhatia from Season 6 to judge season seven alongside Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna. Furthermore, she shall be the first female chef judge in the history of MasterChef India. She has been an exemplary female in the field for a very long time and was the very first Indian woman to have won a Michelin Star in 2018.
